Event photographer: adding to the occasion

I am happy to fit in with your schedule. And can arrange event photography coverage morning, afternoon and evening (night time too), 7 days a week. Subject to availability of course. 

Usually I will come to your chosen location, indoors or outdoors, in Perthshire and throughout Scotland. Please see the note about travel charges to your location below.

Note that some locations have photography restrictions. If you think this may apply to your event venue please check first. If you select a location with restrictions when booking I’ll get in touch to rearrange.

I do not usually charge extra for shoots within Perthshire or throughout Central Scotland. But if your event venue is outside of the ‘central belt’ please get in touch to check if there would be any ‘mileage’ charge.

I have a few props for kids parties. Let me know if you would like me to bring these. But if you would like to include any of your own props, costumes and styling in the shoot that would be fine by me. Let me know before your shoot and maybe I can suggest options to achieve the look you want.

OK. If you book me for an outdoor event which cannot go ahead because of poor weather you will have the option to switch to an indoor location (if you have one available); or reschedule to another available day / time. 

After your photo shoot I will edit the photos and create your very own password protected and ssl secure online photo gallery which you can access via my website. I will email a link and the password as soon as your gallery is online. So that way you will be able to view your photos whenever you wish. And you’re more than welcome to share the password with others too. 

The best bit is that there’s no need for a ‘viewing appointment’. You’ll be able to download your favourites directly from your online gallery at screen resolution. So will anyone you give access to the gallery. These are ideal for viewing on smartphone or tablet or sharing on social media. Plus, you can conveniently order beautiful prints, albums and contemporary wall art along with printable high resolution image files through your own private online gallery for direct delivery. That way you only pay for the items that you really want and there’s no sales pressure. 

My event photography options start at £250. This includes a 2 hour shoot, photo editing and your own private, password protected online gallery with unlimited downloads at screen resolution and the option to buy your favourites as prints or high res digitals.

For larger ‘open’ events, such as a sports competition: I can sell the photos directly to the event ‘attendees’. Often with no charge to you the organiser. Send me an enquiry.
